Dr. Whooves is a major character in the EFF Agents episodes Doctor Who? and Exterminate and Delete. He helps the agency with finding who's behind the disappearance of residents around Kialon island, teaching them all about beings that exist beyond their world. He also figures out through deduction that there was once an Earth Kingdom on the other side of Condilion.
Personality[]
The Doctor is quirky, cheeky, and always up for an adventure. He forgives easily and laughs even in the most serious times. Despite his usual behaviour of being adventurous and fun, deep down he is very lonely and often feels isolated. All his times with his companions is short-lived, usually ending in death or them leaving. He often experiences times of existential horror.
